MISSISSAUGA !  ….. wow.. You can be immensely proud of your city event in your most fabulous Living Arts Centre. Folks, it’s events like this that showcase the talent that builds a strong community like Mississauga. Thank you for asking me to Keynote on “The Next 20”. What an immense question, but one that has to be asked now so leadership can create a plan. Thank you to City Manger Geoff Wright for your kind introduction. A most beautiful building and stage with a full house! Tremendous work from everyone behind the scenes to put on such a successful event. As we adapt to growing technological opportunities, I like to remind folks….. build on tradition and bring everyone into the conversation. That’s how we build trust and create engagement.
